Santa Fe Cares

STARS FOR LIFE AWARDS

Santa Fe Cares honors individuals, organizations and businesses that have made outstanding contributions to the HIV/AIDS community. Awardees are presented with a bronze statue by noted local sculptor, Norman Boyles, commissioned by Santa Fe Cares to translate gratitude for extraordinary service to material form. Mr. Boyles conceived "Astra" as the embodiment of Santa Fe Cares' appreciation of those who care so deeply. This award sculpture represents a beacon of those bright stars that pierce the mantle of even the darkest night - those who have distinguished themselves in service to the HIV/AIDS community.
